anyone here use the Nikon tactical line of scopes? are they on par with Leupold? |

I guess I will be the odd man out on this. I will say I like the Nikon glass but I’m not a fan of the turret, the construction, and the lack of elevation. For the most part they are a good scope but I personally would not use one. To me the Leupold is a more of a reliable scope, the Leupold TMR is a great reticle, they have 15min of elevation per rev., the glass is good, they have more elevation in the scope, and the fact if you have a problem the take care of it quickly. I just haven not had as good as luck with Nikon as Leupold. I will say I have been told the new ones are better but I have not tested one yet. I have used two of the older models 05 or 06.
