+1...his Some guys are very protective of their choice, so you will not find a shortage of very strong opinions on this topic. I have both and I like them both. I like the reticle that the Eotech offers for some specific purposes, but I like the Aimpoint for others. Bottom line is, you can't go wrong either way, they both have plenty of positives. They will both do the job good. The EoTech is a little faster. The Aimpoint has a lot longer battery life! I really like the Micro. The 65moa ring on the Eotech is GREAT for fast target acquisition, especially at lower powers when the aimpoints dot at the same power and MOA can be harder to find quickly but they are both great sights Me personally, I am a Eotech man You may want to check out the new trijjicon Tri-power, I think it will go great on my ACR when I get it.
