Hey guys, looking to buy a trijicon reflex from them, Their prices look good and they have free UPS shipping, Prices: w/ out mount $319(surprised it can be sold w/ out any mount at all) with mount $375 Have you guys dealt with Optics planet before, How is their service? |
I just recieved my Aimpoint ml3 from them. I ordered over the weekend and on Monday they called and said they didnt have the Micro t1 in stock (as I ordered) and no idea when it would be in. Im an impatient person so I decided to change my order while I was talking to the sales rep. Very outgoing, very friendly, and w/ his help I ended up getting a ml3 for 30$$$ cheaper than I was going to pay for the open box micro.  All in all, I would recommend them for price and outstanding service. Now, if I could just get UPS to deliver the stuff BEFORE my wife gets home........I'd be in business!

I'm probably going to be the only one with a bad comment. I have made three orders from them. Two were top notch. The last I ordered a pair sights for a Para LTC 1911. The sights arrived in an opened package and were obviously previously mounted on a pistol. They had small dents in them from someone using steel punches instead of brass punches to mount the sights. RS |
| Ordered a pair of Binoculars from them online. Received an email notice a few days later apologizing that the item was no longer in stock and offering to cancel my order or pick another item with a discount code for my trouble (5 or 10%?). Picked another pair of binos with small discount and received them a few days later. Overall, was satisfied. |
