So I have a Meopta in a SPR mount. Great scope, great mount, but all my ARs have fixed FSBs and the FSB is pretty distracting on 1x. I have a set of Badger 1.125" rings laying around, and I'm thinking of mounting them to a Larue 5/8" riser. That should put me at 1.75". The Larue Aimpoint mount is 1.85", and it seems to be perfect, so I'm thinking this will work well enough. I don't think I want to go all the way up to 1.93", and I don't need to clear a PEQ. Anybody done anything similiar? |
