| justgot my aimpoint comp m3 and i can only see the dot on the last two settings. Is this normal. or is there some way to fix it. either way i have no experience with red dots or aimpoint so any insight would be very helpful. Any previous experiences etc. Thanks guys. |
| first couple setting are for night vison. last 4 setting should be able to be seen- try different lighting...ie, outside, inside, basement, lights on / off. also try against darker objects. may help. but to answer your question- yes most people can only really use or see well three settings on comp3 4moa. |
| When you have been sitting in the dark for a while (30 min or so) you will appreciate the finer settings. Going into the bathroom and turning off the lights isn't enough time for your eyes to adjust. If you're pulling a watch overnight the lower settings will become useful. |
