I bought a used EoTech from a friend (N cell model) and didn't have the chance to test it when I bought it.  When I got some batteries for it I noticed the reticle was blurry on one corner.  I sent it back to EoTech and not only did they fix it at no charge, they also sent it back with fresh batteries, a new manual, and two mount crossbars.  You have to love a company that will take care of you like that on a product that is 5 years out of warranty and you bought used.

THEY DO HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER CARE, THEY HELPED ME A WHILE BACK

I JUST GOT A NEW ONE AND MY WHOLE RING IS A BIT BLURRY, IM GOING TO CONTACT THEM TOMORROW AND SEE WHAT THE DEAL IS

All the ones I have are a little fuzzy (well more like swimming dots, typical laser light effect) if you focus on the ring, usually you can turn the brightness down and focus through it at the target and it sharpens right up.
