[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Red or amber???

I'm considering an Accupoint for my AR. Trijicon offers it with either red or amber reticles.

Which one is preferrable and why???

Most people like the red because it is easily seen in mostly every condition. I myself have an amber dot and i don't have any problems with it , it can be a little washed out when viewing outside in the sun, but thats really about the only problem

Most like red. For some I know the amber is easer to see.
