I have just installed an ARMS 2 mount on my carry handle and have ordered
a Leupold Rifleman 3 - 9 power scope.  Can any one suggest rings that I can buy
at Dicks Sporting Goods or Bass Pro Shops for mounting the scope.

if you can find a set of Burris Z rings they are fairly inexpensive and strong, the ones I've used all fit pretty tight but I took a flat head screwdriver and slightly spread the bases where the set screw goes in. hope this helps.
