[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Help me understand the different model aimpoints

Thinking about maybe getting a M1A Scout and mounting some sort of quality red-dot on it. Went to Aimpoint's website, and they have a billion different models. So, if you were going to mount an Aimpoint on a M1A, which would it be and why?
