I have a Colt SP1 that I mounted a Factory Colt 4x20 Scope on. The scope has a issue on the rear sight that kinda bothers me.The problem is that when placing on the rear dust cap it seams not to fit correctly because of the upper reciever(carring handle)being in the way.The rear sight of the scope is not touching the top of the carring handle but there isn't enought room to properly place on the rear dust cap.Anyone else ever faced this issue?

yep....same gun, same scope. Not enough clearance between the scope and the iron sights. I bought a mini-bikini cover instead and like it better.

I ended up just cutting a slot the same width of the CH(but stopped about 1/8" from the lens) on the bottom of the cover and it worked great for me.

Yes,I just ended up putting a tini biki on mine ,but to sell a scope ,mount it and then you can't even use the factory scope covers ,,,that just wrong. Is the 3x20 the same way?

The 3x20 is actually the scope I have, I went and looked after I saw your post. Yes, it's exactly the same.
