Hey, have heard of the eo tech problems. I have also heard that anything since the "rev F" has been fine. I have searched but can't find out exactly what the "rev F" is and how to tell if your model is one. I would appreciate any info, thanks. I have mine on a GG& G accucam and wanted to hear any feed back about that set up.

From a marketing release about that time:

Starting 2005, all new Rev F has the following upgrades

Battery life increases by 2X
Through an extensive and expensive research and development effort, EOTech has doubled the battery life compared to previously published EOTech statistics. For example, at setting 12 the battery run time increased from 314 hours to 633 hours, Lithium battery run time increased from 500 hours to 1000 hours.!!! The gain is even more substantial at the brighter settings, where battery life is most critical. Available NOW!!

2X Brighter
EOTech has enhanced the electronic circuitry to allow the brightness adjustment range to expand by a factor of 10 times. Now the reticle is 2X brighter at the highest setting. This completely eliminates any concerns over washout in desert or artic conditions. Also with the new improvements the engineer has found the reticle is sharper compare to the older Rev E. Available NOW!!

New Switches on Model 511/512
Model 550, the model 510 will now be upgraded with the latest membrane switch design, providing users with a greater tactile feel and positive snap feeling upon depression of the switches. Raised inlays around the switches provide a clear separation between brightness controls to ensure correct actuation of the operating switches.
