I've been reading a bunch of the threads on optics, and as a college kid on a tight budget, I cant afford the ACOG that i really want.  I've been looking around and found an Aclone similar to the Bushnell Trophy MP, but appears it will mount to the carry handle, which is what i want.  It is a 1x30 battery operated IR for under $100.  Just wondering if anyone has used one of these or heard anything.

Here is a link to the optics planet version:  http://www.opticsplanet.net/barska-1x30-ir-m16-electro-sight-riflescope-ac10806.html

Thanks for the comments.

I have one mounted on a FN PS90 and really like it.  The FOV isn't great and it has no magnification, but I like the reticle, it has been reliable, and battery life is decent enough.  It will mount to a carry handle - just remove the base that comes with it.

You might as well save a few bucks:

I have one of these also, I really like it. I can shoot 100 yards out and get a bullseye first shot, then within 1/2 inch spacing. Seems to hold center dont use it alot to see how battery life is but its a great price. I got mine last year from sportsmansguide, I first used it on the handle but now its mounted to the flat top, dont have to buy any extras to get it to work. One thing I noticed is the optics is a very very light shade of blue glass which makes it impossible to use a laser to sight it in unless you have a car reflector to shine it into.
