I have an old Colt AR Scope on the way to me to go on my SP1. Can anyone tell me anything about them as I have never seen one before. Where can I get info on one and maybe an owners manual?

Hakko/Japan was Colt's OEM for their 3x21 and 4x21 scopes. They (Hakko) also made the same scope under their own brand name, which I believe is called 'Blue Line' today, after they stopped making them for Colt in the 80's.
