I bought an TA31F and a Larue mount. and am trying to take the factory mount off so I can mount it on the Larue. Problem is that I cannot get it unscrewed!!! Is it loctited on? Any ideas?

Have you tried using some heat? Try a blow dryer or even a lighter.

Or a paint-stripping heat gun.
And make sure that your screwdriver fits REALLY well.

Got it.....a little extra downward pressure and elbow grease did the job. Thanks for the tips guys.
