I recently put a Bushnell 3200 Elite scope on my AR using an Armalite scope mount. After I went shooting this weekend I found that the scope had come loose within the mount and moved back about half an inch. I wasn't sure if I simply had not tightened the screws on the Armalite mount down enough (was a bit apprehensive to really crank them down hard for fear of harming the scope) or if people using Loctite to make sure that the screws don't loosen up during shooting. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Sounds like they need to be cranked a bit more.  I don't use loctite on my Armalite mount, as I swap scopes around a bit, and have never had them loosen up.

If you don't change scopes, though, a little light loctite is always a good insurance policy.

Thanks for the reply. This is the first scope/mount combo I've actually ever purchased so I was a bit reluctant to crank the scope ring screws down. I'll try tightening them up some more next time and see if that helps.
