Hi All, I recently bought an Eotech 512, and I've noticed a few "strange" things about it. I'm hoping that some experts can shine some light on the issues: 1. On the Eotech web site, it says that the Eotech can not be detected from the muzzle end, even with a night scope. However, when I turn my Eotech to the max brightness setting, I can clearly see this piece of glass on top of the view port glowing red, even from the muzzle side. Is anyone else seeing this, or is this a problem with my Eotech? 2. On a sunny day with a white back ground, the Eotech reticle tends to get a little washed out for me, even on the max setting. I can still see the reticle, but not very clearly against a white background. Does anyone else have this problem? By the way, I think my Eotech 512 is revision F, since there is an "F" stamped below the "Military Use". Thanks in advance! |
