I just recieved my new to me scope for the AR.  I bought a Nikon buckmaster and it has the usual elastic covers.  I like the flip covers like what butler creek offers.  Is that the only option i have or are there some better quality ones.  What all do you all suggest.

thanks

Butler Creek is it.  Top Shelf.  Leupold makes their own, but why bother?  If you know your size, you can find them cheaper on Ebay, used.  www.midway-usa.com will tell you the two sizes you need, often, if you can find your scope there and if you're too lazy to carefully measure.  www.unclemikes.com has the graphs/size charts.

I did a 6 scope BC binge last year and I'm glad I ditched the bikini covers...I even use them on a SB 5-25 PMII, but then everybody does.

Good luck, Chris
