Looking at a 30mm one piece Armalite Scope Mount. Anybody using one? How well does it lock into the Picatinny rail? Does it have a flat cross bolt?

They are good for the money.
Sold mine and upgraded to ARMS 22H.
Locks up well.
Don't remember what the cross bolt was exactly, but there was one.
