I'm interested in this reflex sight. www.sportsmansguide.com/cb/cb.asp?a=322953 It looks like a Trijicon/Dr Optic rip off, which is tempting considering how much cheaper it is, but I have no idea if it's worth even that. I can't seem to find it for sale anywhere else and would like to know who the manufacturer is, some specs, and some reviews. If anyone can help with any of those please do. |
For $225 you can get something that is proven like the JPoint. Also the Burris FastFire is $200.00. |

Yes I'm an optics snob, however when it comes to optics, you almost always get what you pay for. Even the least expensive and oldest of them, the JPoint / Optima 2000 will cost between 50-100% more than the $99 knock off, you just have to wonder what they did to make them so cheap. Which is it, terrible warranty? won't hold zero? poor quality lens and construction? no R&D on how well it'd stand up to recoil, or more likely, all of the above, this has proved true time and again on most Chinese made garbage. Do it right and do it once, get something more reputable  |
