I am looking for the best way to mount an Eotech 512 onto a rifle with a fixed carry handle. Can anyone give me the best option and any pictures would be great.

I can't give you a "best way". I had an A2 and tried several of the mounts including the Bennie Cooley mount with my EO. Non of them worked well. I finally sold the upper and got a flattop and that solved the problem!
