Does the Aimpoint 3X and Aimpoint twist mount work with a MATECH GI rear BUIS?  Also, does the 3X also need a spacer if the M2 is using a spacer on the sight mount?

yes the 3x mount will clear a Matech BUIS.  You must use the Aimpoint mount and if you are using a spacer then yes you will need a spacer for the 3x mount
