I was looking at a Leupold 'Rifleman' scope, 2-7x33 and was wondering if anyone has used this optic, its in my affordable range (200+/-) it isnt to 'ginormous' and the price is definantly right and from a reputable name Opinions etc welcome as usual |

Leupold's Rifleman line is their lowest quality one, and you won't see near the quality of a higher level Leupold. That said, for $200 it's not bad at all. If you can get by with a fixed scope (which to me fits more in with the Recce concept, a la the ACOG), I recommend the IOR M2 4x24 with CQB reticle. Should run you less than $400. I got mine for about $325 with a .mil discount. |
