I have a question on mounting my EOtech, I have a Bush Dissipator with fixed carry handle. Can I just mount the EOtech on a rail system in front of the carry handle and co-witness the iron sights, or do I need to get a mount for the carry handle...?

A gooseneck mount should work. Get a good quality unit and not a cheap knock-off. I am no expert on A2 style receivers so if I am wrong I am sure someone will be along shortly to correct me.

I hate to be the corrector

the 2 gooseneck's I looked at (the aimpoint and the mason mount) places the eotech too high to cowitness the iron sights, but the railed handguard will work.

I would suggest to you the Bennie Cooley (BC-CAM) front mount if it is the smaller EOTechs, like a 551 that I have on one of my Bushmasters. I tried the same with my 552 and could not get it to co-witness, but the smaller 551 EOTech is at full %100 co-witness and rocks.
