Looking to put some glass on my new Swiss k31, it will be used for punching paper and deer hunting.

Any opinions on a scope for around $150+/-. Looking at 3-9x40's.

How are the Bushnell trophy rifle series?

Nikon prostaff?

A good under 200$ scope is the Burris Fullfield II in 3-9 x 40mm, have one on my Model 70 30-06 and i rather like it. Been trouble free during hunts so far, in all types of weather. Not sure if this is AR-15 related, but i like the scope nonetheless.

If you're willing to go up to the $200 mark, I'd suggest a Sightron SII series. I've got the 3-9x42 on my Remington 700, and it's great.

Springfield Armory scopes are mostly crap.  Greater than normal parallax issues.  Get the Leupold.
