maybe my eyes arent used to the sight yet, or they got fatigued but im seeing alot of "glare" off of the sight, not the window but the image.... i turned it down, but it didnt help until the sight was barely seen....   my main problem is when the aimpoint blurs kinda wide...   eotech 552. f  ...   im guessing its my focus....

any pointers??????????

If you have an astigmatism, the reticle will be blurry. When looking thru mine with my right eye, its blurry. But if I put my glasses on, or use my left eye, it's much better.

Just to let you know what fixed my initial blurryness problem with my EO was that I learned to focus on the target not the sight and to keep both eyes open.  Worked like a charm for me. The retical got razor sharp and was easy to aquire the target. Tough getting used to focusing on the target instead of the front sight post but worth the effort.  Good luck!

Same thing as the dot on Aimpoints - if you concentrate / focus on the reticle and not the target, it will seem blurry.

I noticed the same thing.  It just takes some getting used to.

I have an astigmitism and had to sell my EOTech because of that.  The reticle was blury even when I wore my glasses.  I switched to an Aimpoint and I have no problems now.

I can't figure out why people shoot WITHOUT their GLASSES if the normaly wear them, and then complain when their sight picture is blury.  I know you won't have time to put glasses on in a SHTF situation, but a clear sight picture may not be the most important thing at that point.

From experience the Aimpoints, Spots and Tacpoints are more forgiving than the EOTech when you have astigmatism.
