I am looking for a decent, cheap spotting scope for range use. Would like variable power. Brand/model recommendations?? Power?? |

I'm not sure how cheap is cheap for you but I picked up a Leupold Wind River Seqoia from Opticsplanet.com for around $300 shipped with case and tripod. Excellent scope for the money and I can clearly see .223 holes at 200 yards. Haven't tried 300 yet. Its a variable power 15-45x60mm with an angled eyepiece altho I believe straight is available also. Highly recommended!! See below link: http://www.opticsplanet.net/leupold-wind-river-sequoia-15-45x60mm-angled-spotting-rifle-scope.html |

Leupold are good also we will beat anyone’s price on Leupold! Here is another one that we have gotten good feedback on. Model 78-1217, MAGNIFICATION 15-45x, OBJ 60mm, Close Focus 30 ft., FOV 125Ft 1000yds @ 15x & 65 ft. @ 1000yds @ 45x, Length is 13”, and weight is 43oz. Also comes with a backpack-carrying bag! Very few left once they are gone they are gone. Was $ 349.95 but now save $68.95 = $280.00 (Not on the website yet.) ![]() Mike @ CSGW www.csgunworks.com [email protected] Here’s some testimonials about CS GunWorks for AR15 Board What do YOU have to say about CS GunWorks |

Celestron Ultima 65 Celestron Ultima 80 This is where I found out about them I have both of the above (the 80 for range use and the 65 for feild use) and really like them. Plus they are waterproof and have a life time no fault warranty from Celestron.
