I am interested in one of these gasblock/front BUIS combos. If the barrel used is not drilled for a front sight, how good are these flip up sights? They seem like they would/could shift along the bore axis, but i am assuming it doesn't happen. What is the installation/securing procedure?

ETA: I started looking at the YHM versions as well. These are 1/2 the price, are they 1/2 the quality? I notice that their attachment method is different as well.

Get the cross bolt version instead of the set screw model. Use some loctite on the screws when you install it. I doubt you will have any issues what so ever. Pinned is stronger, but screws shoudnt give you trouble if you install them correctly.

Yes, here as elsewhere, one gets what he pays for.  I have owned both and there is about $90 difference between the two.  I don't even own the YHM any longer.
