Scope rings with a piece of Picatinny Rail on top? I've seen them, but can't remember where. Search turned up nothing.

They are A.R.M.S. rings with an optional top ring cap has the 1913's on it. I don't know if anybody else makes them.

errttt.... it is two pieces. the Cap is the #22TRC TACTICAL RING CAP, the 1913 rail that goes on it is the #22TRR TACTIAL RING RAIL .
