Could one of you lucky SOBs tell me a little bit about the way ACOGs perform with respect to parallax? My main questions are the range at which parallax is 0, and how much the reticle moves around at other ranges as you move your head around (without disturbing the rifle). I'm most interested in TA01, TA01NSN, and TA31.

According to Trijicon and in my experience the "reticle is parallax free".
I assume this means that it is parallax free at the designated ranges on the BDC reticle.
Pretty neat in my opinion.

The reticle is parallax free only in the vertical plane and then only at the appropriate range indicated on the reticle.
