Can you tell me who makes that sight you posted? I have a 'Sightmark' very similar to that one but it seems to be crap. Does that sight stand up to recoil? Does it hold zero? I/m partial to this type of holographic sight and want to find a quality one. if there is such a thing.

| Looking for a reticule picture of a Trijicon TA45 in either amber or red (or green for other models), talking about the crosshair version, not the dot or triangle. I can't find a photo anywhere of this reticule, always see the dot or triangle. I think the crosshair reticule is carried on some other compact acogs so maybe it doesn't have to be the TA45. Thanks! |

This is my new Ruger 556 setup with ACOG TA31H on LaRue mounts and LaRue forehand post. I love the TA31H. I was thinking of getting the TA33H, but wanted the 4x magnification. Eye relief is no problem for me with quick target acquisition. Day or night, this optic is amazing. I really liked the horseshoe reticle over the other ACOG options. I'll try to post some better night shots outside when i find time

My Zeiss Varipoint 1,1-4 X the reticle is only a dot ,iff you turn the dot off you have a black dot

You know I never thought these pictures would ever be of any use. Here's an Iraqi POS scouting out old IED holes. We couldn't shoot him, but we looked. About 100 yards away? 150? It was over a year ago.

EOTECH 512 shot from four different eye-relief distances.
Through some sort of holograph trickery, the reticle remains the same size from the eye's perspective no matter how close or far the eye is located relative to the viewfinder. (i.e. cannot get a "finer" aming point by mounting the device farther away from the eye)
