Does anyone know if an EOtech would still work after getting hit with an EMP?

im probably wrong but i think if it were off there wouldnt be a problem, although if it were on it may be toast after emp.

An EMP works by creating a high potential difference over a small distance (in a very fast pulse).   Integrated circuits (IC chips)  especially those with a small feature size are susceptible to damage through this mechanism, similar to how electro-static discharge (ESD) - ie static electricity - can damage them if they are handled improperly.  It wouldn't matter if it were on or off.   If an EMP hits your area, having to revert to your BUIS will probably be the least of your worries.

I have no information about the EOTech, however.
