[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Hight of rings?

I have a scope mounted with 30mm Leupold Mk4 Medium (the lowest mk4 ring, think it is called the medium) rings. I would like to replace these with QD rings like the ARMS #22 or maybe the ARMS #35 rings and base. Is the Low #22 the closest in height to the mk4 rings I have? If I am figuring it out correctly they should be just a touch higher than the Mk4 rings I have. Thanks for any help.
