first build. with an EOTech sight should I use a RRA tactical or a ARMS 40L?

ARMS 40L.
The RRA Tactical (carry handle, I reckon?) won't allow you to use the iron sights at all with the EOTech mounted.

40L is great, if you are interested in the RRA tactical, check out the RRA dominator, same thing but a low mount to allow eotech cowitness. I would use the 40L though.
