Ok, I'm sure this is somewhere on the site but I have been unable to find it. I am trying to find out the best way to zero this sight, is it at the tip of the triangle at 100 meters? How does the line under the triangle come into play? All the book gives is the adjustments it doesn't mention an aiming point for zeroing. The sight is on a 16" (1/7 if it matters) A1 upper and will mainly be used with 62 grain ammo. Thanks.

With compacts, since there is no BDC, it's "zero at whatever suits your needs".  Most compact owners zero for 50 or 75 yrs, knowing the trajectory will be +/- a cpl inches till about 250/300.

I have the dot and zero the center of it at 75. Personally, I'd do the tip at 75 as well.
