How much are you willing to spend and why do you want a laser on your AR?

I actually would want it in a version similar to the streamlight M6 light and laser combo.  I just want it for asthetic reasons.  Can I get my stream M6 converted to green?  Green is easier to see in lighted situations (so Ive heard)!!

Nobody has them. Get a red one.

It's easier to see the beam on a green laser. Personally, I wouldn't want to give away my position that way.

Just to let you know, the BGD III laser is restricted to LE and Military purchases only, so maybe even a few more of the other lasers are restricted as well from BE Meyers

Natchez Shooting Supply has the Aimshot Green Lasers.  They have the 5 and 10 mw green lasers and laser kits on sale.  5 mw kit goes for $339 and the 10 mw goes for $399.  I picked up the 10 mw kit and it is a great buy.

XGunBunny,

Does your Aimshot Green Lasers have elevation/windage adjustments?
Do they work well?
The Aimshot web site is not very informative...

Thanks

Yes it does, but they are not your normal type of elevation and windage adjustments.  You have to take off the front cap of the laser.  Then, on the main body of the housing, there are 4 set screws.  To adjust the laser, take the allen wrench supplied with the laser, and loosen the set screws in the direction you want to move the beam, then you tighten down the set screws on the other side.  It took me about 5 or 10 miutes to get the beam aligned with the iron sights and the dot from my red dot scope.  So now my laser, iron sights and red dot scope are all aligned at 15 yds.  Just a note.  You also get 4 spare set screws just incase you some.

Aimshot makes a green laser, but be prepared to spend $300-$400 for it. They have a 5mW and ~12mW versions.
