Hey guys hows it going? Just was wondering if Super Sniper Scopes are as good as they say they are? Pretty much all my scopes are leupolds and well I would like a scope with about 10 to 14 x power but don't want to spend about $600 or more on a scope. Is they glass as clear as a leupold? They are OK for the money. They are not VXIII's, but at !/3 the price of my M3 LR they are acceptable. Apparently they do have a NSN part number and I have a 10 power on a .308. The turret clicks aren't as positive as a leupold, but the reticle is etched and tru mil-dot, so it will never break. They are the only Tasco I would ever have near my house. Chris at SWFA is a good guy to deal with. hope this helps. |

They are a great value. I have a Leupold and while it's a great scope, I could have gotten two SS for the money. I think that the SS is more durable than the Leupold that I have. I'd take it over the Leupold due to the cost savings and the high quality. Also, it's no longer a Tasco. They are contract made for SWFA. By the way, the SS scopes never had the name Tasco on them. Do a search and you'll find good reviews. |
