I had a small problem, one of the allen screws that hold the protective hood on came loose. I e-mailed EOTech and within 2 days I had 10 new screws with Loctite applied, new mounting block, both style mounting screws, some type of washer that I don't know where it goes, and allen keys to tighen it all up. I didn't need the new mounting hardware, but it's nice to have as spares. It's also nice how fast and easy it all was. |
