Looks like the 3-9X36 MR/T M3 Illuminated in ARMS #22 medium or low rings.

To my knowledge, it's standard issue on SPR's. In fact, I do believe it was specifically made for a flat top upper.

I've got one on my AR10 and I love it (non iluminated). The only thing I would change is the 1 MOA elevation. I see that they offer .5 MOA on the 1.5x5...I wonder if that knob (m2) will fit?
