Site News Could You Have Stopped This? Vegas Shooting Analysis with Attorneys on Retainer

I have an eotech 511 on my bushmaster 223. I am wondering what range I should sight the eotech in for. The longest yardage I would be shooting would be 100 yards and I would also be doing some close up shooting as close as the 5 to 10 yard line. Any advice would be appreciated.

EOTech instructions state to zero at 50m.

I zeroed mine at 50 yards.

I just sighted in a new 551 and BUIS on Saturday @ 50 yards.  After I sighted in the BUIS I adjusted the dot to sit right on top of the front sight and BANG, right in the bullseye...it was too easy
