Is there any difference between a comp C and ML2 besides the cometic differnces ie...Killflash and lens covers?

CompC is lighter and built to different specs than the Comp ML2.

CompML2 is advertized as heavier duty.

The reason I am asking is that I purchased a Comp C , was the only sight available in the area. I wanted to buy a M2 or ML2 so I ended buying lens Caps and ARD Kill flash, QRP Mount, and the dual battery M series cap from als custom in the Industry forum. The sight looks exactly and performs the same as a ML2 now.
