I have a Colt Match Target Competition HBAR (flat-top) that I want to put a new scope on. The scope is 3X9-40. Can anyone recommend good moderate priced rings (under $60). I was considering the Warne Maximum rings. Has anyone used these (and would the Highs be tall enough).

Hey BLong, I just tried it on my AR, with a 40 mm objective, you would need either an ARMS #38 Swan sleeve with Warne Medium rings for the front of the scope to clear the rails. Or maybe go with the High rings.
