What's available to mount an Aimpoint on a carry handle rail so it co-witnesses with the iron sights? I've tried one that leaves the Aimpoint so far back, the dust cover hits the front of the carry handle and it won't open once it's mounted. Second mounting issue: Its' for an M-4 Carbine Clone with the Colt-Style wider handguards. The current rail has the mounting notch cut too far back to allow proper clearance...even the standard Aimpoint mount won't work. |
