| Been lurking for awhile and finally signed on. I've been reading all the opinions about the ACOG, Eotech, etc. but don't see much on the US Optics SN12. I was able to pick one up for my Colt flattop and like the way it works. What are the opinions here? Mine does not have the illuminated chevron and should I decide I need that is that something that I can send back to US Optics and change or does it have to come that way when ordered? I've heard their customer service isn't great, what are the experiences here? Thanks for your help. |

US Optics customer service is top notch, they answer emails promptly, the two times I called to inquire the ship date I got the company president. Their glass is expensive but justifiably so, every scope is meticulously made and of the highest quality. If you want the best no matter the cost, look no further than US Optics. They have competition of course that may offer features they don't have and pricing they can't compete with, but they'll do whatever they can to make you happy, they most certainly did me. |
