it looks like a mount that American Spirit Arms sells, but you're probably better off with an Armalite mount; Armalite is a known quantity, whereas ASA.........?

this b-square mount looks similar too.   are they any good?

Jason4522, The mount you have pictured is a Rock River Arms mount. They are a very well made mounts. The only difference between the RRA vs. Armalite is the RRA is approx. 1/4" taller than the Armalite, and the armalite will extend your eye relief a little more if needed. I have both and either are quality. The RRA is $45 and the Armalite will cost $80. The one pictured is mounted backwards for my liking, I need the front ring as far forward as possible. Jeff
