What is the model number ARMS throw lever mount for the M552? Also will it raise the sight very much?

TIA

I can't remember the model number, but it does raise the sight well above the iron sights.  You look under the sight to use irons.  It was really made for using the EOTech for use with gas masks, as you can't get you head low enough if you use a cannister on your strong side.  I wish EOTech would come out with a 552 with an integral throw lever mount.  That way, it won't be too high and it won't be an extra part that can be lost or misplaced.

Ah, that's going to be far higher than what I am wanting.  Thanks for the info. If anyone happens to have a pic of that sight mount mentioned here I wouldn't mind seeing what it looks like. But It'll be too much with that height level.

Yeah, it bummed me out when I was first shopping for it.  Maybe EOTech's next revision could include a throw lever.  Even if they don't I still love EOTechs!

The model number is #54. It was designed to allow shooters with Gas Masks to see the EOTech better. To the best of my knowledge, EOTech never requested it and ARMS built it at the request of SF's...

The Arms#54 is 1 1/2 inches high and is about 1/2" lower then the carry handle. If you are looking to get one of these I have a brand new one that I am not going to use and I'll make you a deal on it.
