[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Scope question.....

In regards to SEBR AR10 carbine. Can a vari-x III 3.5-10 x40mm LRM3 w/ Ill reticle be used/mounted in such a way as to use BUIS? IF so, is this scope capable of being used in somewhat of a CQB optic at lowest power setting?
