I have an ACOG Reflex mounted on an ARMS #15 throw lever mount. I use the sight on a flat top M4 Patrolman's Carbine and the #15 mount makes the sight sit a little low.

Short of buying a whole new mount for the sight, is there some type of spacer I can use to raise the height of the sight without making it look too rediculous or bulky?

Simple, call ARMS and buy the spacer, they cost less than $10 bucks. www.armsmounts.com

Here's a picture of my carbine with a Reflex II on an ARMS #15 with spacer - perfect cowitness with the ARMS #40 back-up iron sight.  The triangle sits right on top of the front sight.

I bought my ARMS #15 (Reflex II mount), #15S (spacer), and #40 BUIS from Kiesler's Online:

Excellent service and quick shipping.
