You'll need an after market mount.

Directly to your flat top rail, you have several choice.  The best by far are the GG&G cantilever mount, which also have a battery compartment on it. The forward offsit let you mount the M series further forward for better field of view vision.

there is also mount available from ARMS, Knights, GG&G, PRI and Aimpoint itself.  They are are excellent mount you just have to find one in your price range and mission spec.

whatever mount you use, co-witness with the font post is of importance.

For ARMS SIR, you can use the factory ring (come with the scope) directly. It is a low ring. It makes the scope perfectly co-witness with the front post because SIR already raises the mount base (platform) a bit.

For bare flat-top, you have to raise the scope a bit. The GG&G cantilever mount does very well.

I suggest you should keep the iron sight as much as you can even you have a quality scope.

The red-dot type sights are execellent for CQB. I believe they were designed for this purpose. In a small room, you may easily bump your scope. The iron sight is your backup since all electronic devices could have failed for any reason.
