What is the best method for Zeroing an Aimpoint ML2?  At what range should I start, etc....?

50 yards assuming its mounted on a flattop or using a gooseneck type mount.

It is flat top mounted with a GG&G cantilever mount.

I would zero it like any other rifle scopes.
Adjust the windage at 25 yards.  Adjust elevation at whatever distance you plan on shooting.

Improved Battlesight Zero (IBSZ) will work just as well with the dot as with the irons.  Essentially a 50 yard zero which will keep the bullet within 2" of line of sight to 220 meters.  The bullet remains inside the dot out top that range.

See the Maryland AR15 Shooters site for instructions, I was unable to create a link.

If you have your rear sight mounted, just move the dot to the tip of the front sight to get started.

And yes, you will need a good spotting scope.

Just about any scope or binos can see these bullets at 50 yards, the zeroing range.  Easy to walk down range too.

Thanks for the replies.  I will try it at the range this weekend.
