| Does anybody have any experience with BSA Red Dot Scopes, they come in 30, 42, 50 mm. I'm looking for a cheap red dot scope for my AK-47. Any suggestions or comments on the BSA scopes?? |
| I got one for my 9mm AR. My 9mm is my fun gun but I didn't want to spend a whole paycheck on a sight that I use for plinking and stuff. I got the 30mm and really love it -- it's my first red dot -- but then I spotted what I think they call a 42mm bsa at a gun show and would have gotten it if I had the extra money. They just started selling the things a WalMart! |

Hello New to the forum. just picked up a 30mm bsa red dot at walmart. Put it on a Bushy, so far so good. Only put about 200 rounds through with it. But it's held up so far. AND IT WAS CHEAP. I'm sure i'll pick up something better down the road, But for now it'll do. |

I have 2 BSA red dots. both are 30mm, one has the .22 groved receiver mount, the other a weaver base mount. I bought the .22 one for my daughters first rifle (before I got the rifle) the Rossi rifle combo I chose, isn't grooved for that sight. I instead put it on my Daisy Powerline 880 where it does a great job. The other, I just got today and have it mounted on the Rossi already. I don't think there should be much problem with them (BSA) on low/no recoil rifles. On my real rifles, its Aimpoint |
